The Petition to commence this case was electronically filed on November 14, 2023, using petitioner Ryan Hesse's electronic filing credentials (i.e., his username and password). It is thus treated as having been properly executed and filed by him. By Order issued November 27, 2023, the Court directed petitioner Urfa Qadri to file a ratification of petition. No such ratification of petition was received.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Urfa Qadri. The Court, on its own motion, will consider reinstating the case as to Urfa Qadri if, as previously directed, she files a Ratification of Petition within 30 days from the date of service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Ryan Hesse, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
