No. 10-17-00140-CR

MARCUS ANTIONE HERVEY, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
From the County Court Navarro County, Texas
Trial Court No. 73223
ORDER
The reporter's record in this case was filed on June 16, 2017. Included in the record was State's Exhibit 3, an MP3 of the body-cam of Kenneth Dunagan. However, the Court is unable to view this exhibit. The exhibit contained in the record has sound but no picture, and it is apparent from the remainder of the reporter's record that the trial court was able to view the exhibit rather than simply listen to it.
Accordingly, the court reporter is ORDERED to supplement the reporter's record with a copy of State's Exhibit 3 in a form that is capable of viewing in accordance with Rule 34.6(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure within 14 days from the date of this Order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.6(d); (g)(1). The copy of this exhibit should be filed with the Court as a supplemental reporter's record.
If for any reason the exhibit cannot be copied, the reporter is ORDERED to contact the Clerk of this Court within 7 days from the date of this Order. Do not send the original exhibit.
