ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On January 4, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. On January 11, 2023, petitioner paid the Court's filing fee.

Further review of the record in this case shows that, to date, petitioner has failed to file a proper amended petition as directed by the Court's Order served October 14, 2022.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition in accordance with the Court's Order served October 14, 2022, is extended to February 10, 2023. Failure to file such an amended petition on or before February 10, 2023, may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner an amended petition form.
