On April 3, 2024, petitioners Cedric D. Herron and Alesha E. Lusk Herron filed a letter with the Court. After review, it appears that this document is more akin to a motion for continuance. We will recharacterize it as such and direct the Commissioner to file a response to the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Herrons' letter filed April 3, 2024, is hereby recharacterized as a motion for continuance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 2, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a response to the motion for continuance.
