CEDRIC D. HERRON & ALESHA E. LUSK HERRON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's Dallas, Texas trial session, scheduled to begin May 20, 2024.

On March 20, 2024, Stanton D. Goldberg filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for petitioners. In his motion, Mr. Goldberg indicated there was no objection by the Commissioner but that petitioners Cedric D. Herron and Alesha E. Lusk Herron's views on the motion were unknown. We will allow the Herrons to file an objection, if any, to this motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 9, 2024, the Herrons shall file an objection, if any, to Mr. Goldberg's motion to withdraw as counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order and a copy of Mr. Goldberg's motion to withdraw as counsel on the Herrons at their address of record.
