In an action to recover a balance alleged to be due for services of plaintiff as general manager of defendants' business, pursuant to a written contract, order denying defendants' motion for summary judgment pursuant to rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
