On September 7, 2024, petitioners electronically filed a Motion for Default and Dismissal in this case. However, a review of the record shows that a Stipulated Decision resolving the matter was entered on July 15, 2024, and the case is now closed. As such, petitioners are not required to appear in Court on October 28, 2024.

Premises considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Default and Dismissal, filed September 7, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
