On May 18, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On June 8, 2023, petitioners filed a Response to respondent's motion. On June 26, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Reply to Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. However, respondent failed to lodge with the motion the proposed Reply to Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Reply to Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed June 26, 2023, is granted in that, on or before August 9, 2023, respondent shall file a Response to petitioners' above-mentioned Response.
