Present — Clark, Sears, Taylor, Sawyer and Edgcomb, JJ.


Judgment in favor of the Scottsville Paper Box Board Corporation against the Genesee Paper Mills, Incorporated, is reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event on the ground that the verdict as between these defendants is contrary to the weight of the evidence. In all other respects the judgment is affirmed, with costs. All concur.
