Before the Court is attorney Valencia Bush's motion for extension of time to file the brief. In the motion, Ms. Bush, states that the brief is partially completed. We GRANT the motion, and we ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before DECEMBER 30, 2024.

Appellant's brief was originally due April 11, 2024. If appellant's brief is not filed by December 30, 2024, the Court may order Ms. Bush removed from representing appellant and abate the appeal for the trial court to appoint new counsel.
