Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was due June 9, 2024. On June 11, 2024, this Court notified appellant's counsel, Valencia Bush, that the time for filing appellant's brief had expired and directed Ms. Bush to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief within ten days. As of the date of this order, neither appellant's brief nor a motion for extension of time to file the brief have been filed.

We ORDER Ms. Bush to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before JULY 25, 2024. If appellant's brief and motion for extension are not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
