On May 21, 2024, the court reporter filed a notification of late record and requested an additional forty-five days to file the reporter's record. The request is GRANTED IN PART. It is therefore ORDERED that the court reporter file the reporter's record no later than June 20, 2024. Further requests for extension of time will be disfavored absent extenuating circumstances.
