LEROY HERNANDEZ, JR., Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.

Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and William L. Sharwell, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Collier County; Ramiro Manalich, Judge.

Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and William L. Sharwell, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

MORRIS, CHIEF JUDGE

We affirm Leroy Hernandez, Jr.'s conviction and sentence for failure to register as a sexual offender. However, we remand for the trial court to reduce the $100 public defender application fee listed in the cost portion of the written sentence to $50, as provided for in section 27.52(1)(b), Florida Statutes (2018), and orally pronounced by the trial court at sentencing.

Affirmed; remanded with directions.

KHOUZAM and ROTHSTEIN-YOUAKIM, JJ., Concur.
