ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL


BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the 26 day of October 2004, came on to be considered Defendant's Motion to Substitute Counsel. The Court, having examined the same, and being of the opinion that such Motion is not made for purposes of delay, and that the same will not impair the rights of any litigant, is of the opinion that such motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AN DECREED that Portia F. Bosse, shall be substituted for Carlos D. Lopez, and that Mr. Lopez is relieved of obligations of counsel on behalf of Navarro County and Brad Gannon. Portia F. Bosse shall be designated as lead counsel for Navarro County and Brad Gannon.

The Clerk of this Court, and opposing parties, are ORDERED to provide notice to Portia F. Bosse of any pending matters, and all subsequent notice shall be provided to Portia F. Bosse at the following address:
