Giving due regard to the representations contained in petitioners' motion for extension, filed July 12, 2024, and taking into account the representations contained in respondent's Status Report, also filed July 12, 2024, it is

ORDERED that unless a Proposed Stipulated Decision is submitted not later than August 30, 2024, this case will be set for trial on a Houston, Texas, trial session scheduled during the 2025 winter term of the Court. Because the relief requested in petitioners' motion has been given effect by the foregoing, it is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motion is moot.
