ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

This case for the redeterminations of deficiencies is before the Court on petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed April 13, 2024, and supplemented on May 2, 2024 (motion). Petitioners' motion was heard on May 13, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar in Houston, Texas. Petitioners' counsel did not appear. Counsel for respondent appeared and objected to the motion.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that a copy of any document that petitioners intend to rely upon in support of their claim to any deduction here in dispute be provided to respondent's counsel not later than July 12, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that not later than July 12, 2024, the parties, in a joint written report, or separate written reports, advise the Court as to the status of the case.
