This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial during the Houston, Texas, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on May 13, 2024, is before the Court on petitioner's motion for continuance, filed April 13, 2024.

The motion recites that petitioner's counsel discussed it with respondent's counsel, but the motion does not indicate whether there is an objection to it.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 3, 2024, petitioner, in a supplement to the motion, advise the Court whether respondent objects to a continuance.
