Upon due consideration of the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed December 18, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, this case is stricken from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, trial session scheduled to begin on January 29, 2024, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 18, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then current status of this case. The status report should include the estimated time of trial and the parties' availability for trial in July and August of 2024.
