This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021, for cases where Houston, Texas is designated as the place of Trial.

On October 12, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioners do not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed October 12, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the November 1, 2021, Houston, Texas trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
