On September 24, 2021, petitioner filed as the petition to commence this case an amended petition clearly related to petitioner's case at Docket No. 17406-21. This case appears to be a duplicate of petitioner's case at Docket No 17406-21 inasmuch as in both cases petitioner seeks review of a notice of deficiency issued for her 2018 tax year. On September 24, 2021, petitioner also filed her amended petition in the case at Docket No. 17406-21.
In view of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioner's case at Docket No. 17406-21.
