Order

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration of the motion for stay is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the December 22, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. The motion for stay pending appeal is DENIED without prejudice to the filing of such a motion in the Court of Appeals.
