JUDGMENT

SALVADOR CASELLAS, District Judge

Pursuant to an opinion and order issued on this same date, Plaintiffs' RICO Act claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and their claims under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Judgment is hereby entered accordingly.

SO ORDERED.
