Appeal from the 265th District Court of Dallas County, Texas (TC# F-14-32887-R) ORDER
Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to abate the appeal in order to resolve the technical difficulties with State's Exhibits 1 and 2. The motion is GRANTED. We therefore abate the appeal until August 29, 2016. The Appellant shall file a motion to extend the time to file Appellant's brief or a motion for continuation of abatement on or before August 29, 2016. The appeal will be reinstated by order of the Court after the motion to extend time to file Appellant's brief is filed.
