The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. By postcard dated November 13, 2023, we notified Robin Washington, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 2, that the record was overdue. We directed Ms. Washington to file, within thirty days, the record, written verification no record existed, or written verification appellant had not requested or paid for the record. To date, we have not received any response.
Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Washington to file, no later than February 20, 2024, the reporter's record or written verification no record exists or appellant has not requested or paid for the record. We notify appellant that if we receive verification the reporter's record has not been requested or that appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the record, we will order the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Melissa Jean Bellan, Presiding Judge of County Court at Law No. 2; Ms. Washington; and the parties.
