This case is calendared for trial at the Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022.

Upon further review and for cause, it appearing that the record in this case does not contain a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued with respect to petitioner's 2018 tax year, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on December 5, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
