Order modified by striking out the requirement that the plaintiff name the incompent men employed, and also the requirement that she indicate the afternoons when rags were thrown into the crematory; and as thus modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. No opinion. Goodrich, P.J., Bartlett, Woodward, Hirschberg and Hooker, JJ., concurred.
