On September 27, 2021, petitioner filed a motion to proceed remotely. Upon due consideration of the motion, and review of the record, the Court has concluded that petitioner's motion is premature, insofar as this case has yet to be set for trial. Accordingly, we will deny the motion without prejudice.

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motion is denied without prejudice.
