We have received the Supreme Court's per curiam opinion delivered September 30, 2016 in cause number 16-0270. In re Heredia, No. 16-0270, 2016 WL ___ (Tex. Sept. 30, 2016) (per curiam). In the opinion we are directed to vacate our March 23, 2016 order and to allow Heredia to proceed with her appeal without payment of costs. Accordingly, we REINSTATE the appeal and vacate our order of March 23, 2016. It is further ordered that appellant may proceed without payment of costs.
