On July 27, 2020, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute.

This case was called from the calendar for the remote trial session of the Court on November 15, 2021, for cases where Los Angeles, California, was listed as the place of trial. Petitioner appeared and was heard. Respondent appeared and was heard. Petitioner made an oral motion to continue the case. Upon due consideration and for reasons more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion to continue is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared on the Court's March 28, 2022, Albuquerque, New Mexico, trial session to be conducted remotely. It is further

ORDERED respondent's above-referenced motion to dismiss is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 14, 2022, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a status report. It is further
