ABATEMENT ORDER

Appellee Jeanne Manry Welch, Trustee of the Welch Manry Family Trust, has filed an Unopposed Motion to Continue Abatement of Appeal Pending Mediation. Appellee states that the parties have selected a mediator, but that given the respective schedules of the parties and mediator, the first available date for mediation is February 1, 2014. Accordingly, appellee requests that we continue the abatement of this appeal for an additional 90 days. Appellee's unopposed motion to continue the abatement of this appeal is GRANTED.

Accordingly, we continue the abatement of this appeal for an additional 90 days from the date of this order. No later than 90 days from the date of this order, the parties shall file a motion to reinstate and dismiss the appeal, a motion to reinstate and proceed with the appeal, or a report advising this Court of the status of the proceedings. If the parties do not respond as directed, this Court, on its own motion, may reinstate this case on the active docket.

The appeal remains abated, treated as a CLOSED case, and removed from this Court's active docket.

It is so ORDERED.
