Appeals having been taken to this Court from a judgment of divorce of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 03, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04094), and from a money judgment, same Court, entered on or about October 6, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04251), And plaintiff-appellant, pro se, having moved to stay both judgments pending the hearing and determination of the appeals taken therefrom (M-2021-03849 and M-2021-03961), And third-party respondent Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich, LLP having cross-moved to dismiss plaintiff's appeal taken from the aforesaid October 6, 2021 money judgment (Case No. 2021-04251), with the costs of bringing this application (M-2021-04051), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motions to stay the judgments are denied (M-2021-03849 and M-2021-03961), and
It is further ordered that third-party respondent's cross motion to dismiss the appeal taken from the October 6, 2021 money judgment is denied (M-2021-04051).
