This case is calendared for trial during the September 9, 2024, Chicago, Illinois, trial session of the Court. On July 3, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Remand concerning the completeness of the administrative record.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 9, 2024, Chicago, Illinois, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of further administrative consideration, not later than October 7, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than November 6, 2024, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
