This case was calendared for trial at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington trial session. On March 17, 2023 counsel for respondent filed with the court a Motion to Dismiss on the Ground of Mootness for Tax Years 2016 and 2017.

This case was called at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington trial session. There were no appearances by or behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared before the Court and were heard. Respondent indicated that a basis for settlement had been reached.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss on the Ground of Mootness for Tax Years 2016 and 2017, filed March 17, 2023, is held under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 19, 2023, the parties shall file signed stipulated decision documents or, in the alternative, further status report(s) (joint or separate) advising as to the then present status of this case.
