"Evidence that is merely cumulative or repetitious of other evidence admitted without objection cannot be claimed to be prejudicial." Martinez v. We hasten to add that legitimate concerns were raised about whether the jurors could hear and understand the first playing of the audio, undercutting Dontae's contention that the State was permitted to unfairly emphasize the recorded statement.
