It is Ordered that defendants-appellants' motion to consolidate the appeals is granted. Defendants-appellants are directed to perfect their consolidated appeal by no later than the May 2016 term - the filing deadline for which is March 8, 2016. In the event of defendants-appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing condition, plaintiff-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the consolidated appeals.
