ORDER

On June 10, 2010, this Court issued an order setting a deadline of June 20, 2016, to contest appellant's affidavit of indigence. No contest was filed. Therefore, the affidavit's allegations are deemed true, and the appellant may proceed without advance payment of costs. TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(f).

The reporter's record and supplemental clerk's record have been filed. It is therefore ORDERED that appellant's brief is due on or before August 5, 2016. Appellant's motion for service on parties is denied as moot.
