Henry's Emergency Petition for Writ of Certiorari, filed on February 17, 2014, which this Court has treated as a petition to invoke the Court's all writs jurisdiction, is hereby denied. The State's Motion to Dismiss Petition for Writ of Certiorari, filed on February 18, 2014, is denied as moot. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
