The Court held a conference call with the parties where the petitioners informally requested a continuance. The Court granted petitioners' request and excused petitioners from the calendar call.

When this case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at San Francisco, California on November 7, 2022, counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before December 14, 2022, either submit a stipulated decision document or file a status report advising the Court as to the then present status of the case.
