The final decree appealed from is affirmed. The chancellor recognized and correctly applied the law of the case, as made on the prior interlocutory appeal. See Hennig v. Hennig, Fla.App. 1964, 162 So.2d 288. On considering the record, briefs and argument we conclude the appellant has not demonstrated error.

Affirmed.
