ORDER
Per Curiam:
The Director of Revenue (Director) administratively suspended Marcus Henley’s (Henley) driving privileges after he was arrested for driving while intoxicated and his blood alcohol concentration was determined to be in excess of .08%. The Circuit Court of Morgan County, Missouri, ordered Director to reinstate Henley’s driver’s license after concluding that law enforcement had not afforded him 20 minutes to attempt to contact an attorney. Director appeals, contending that the circuit court’s judgment was against the weight of the evidence and constituted a misapplication of law. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential import, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law. Rule 84.16(b).
