Because the hearing on the preliminary injunction has been postponed until March 15, 2005 with the agreement of both parties, the Temporary Restraining Order, Order of Court and Order of Court Expediting Discovery issued by this Court on February 2, 2005 shall be continued until March 15, 2005 at 2 p.m.
