ORDER

Before the Court is court reporter Georgina Ware's request for a twenty-day extension to file the reporter's record of the hearing on the contest to appellant's affidavit of indigency. That record was ordered to be filed no later than April 11, 2017 so that we could rule on appellant's April 6, 2017 motion for review of the trial court's order sustaining the contest. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(g). Because we must "rule promptly" on any motion for review of an order sustaining a contest, we GRANT the motion only to the extent we ORDER Ms. Ware to file the record no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2017. See id. We caution Ms. Ware that further requests for extension of time will be disfavored.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Andrea D. Plumlee, Presiding Judge of the 330^th Judicial District Court; Ms. Ware; and the parties.
