TRENIECE HENDRIX, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

ELIZABETH A. COPELAND JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia.

On February 3, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon the Court's review of the decision, and of the other documents in the record of this case, it appears that petitioner's first name was spelled incorrectly on the petition. All other documents, including the Notice of Deficiency dated February 28, 2022, petitioner's first name is spelled "Treneice". On February 23, 2023, the Court had an informal telephone call with petitioner's Certified Public Accountant, who confirmed the spelling of petitioner's first name as "Treneice". Accordingly, the Court will amend the caption of this case to reflect the correct spelling of petitioner's first name.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case be amended to read: "Treneice Hendrix, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
