ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's November 13, 2023, standalone remote trial session.

On September 14, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court ordered Mr. Hendricks to file a response to the Commissioner's motion on or before October 12, 2023. To date, Mr. Hendricks has not filed a response or an objection. On October 13, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance stating that Mr. Hendricks does not object to the Court granting this motion. To allow the Court an opportunity to review the Commissioner's Motion for Summary Judgment, we will grant the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's motions, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on November 13, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance, filed October 13, 2023, is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 14, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
