Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion for temporary relief and emergency stay of underlying proceeding. The motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the trial court is ordered to stay all proceedings in cause number 2020-DCV-3449, styled Crystal Hendren v. Gabriel Lazar, pending resolution of this appeal or further order of this Court.
