Opinion

No. 4D00-1696.

Opinion filed August 23, 2000.

Appeal of order denying rule 3.800(a) motion from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Howard C. Berman, Judge; L.T. Case No. 96-7297CFA02.

Justin Henderson, Sneads, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Melynda L. Melear, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We review the order of the circuit court denying Appellant's Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence. We reverse and remand for further disposition of that motion as the trial court did not address the merits of Appellant's Heggs claim contained in his Supplemental Pleading to Motion to Correct Illegal Sentence.

Appellant challenged his sentence as being illegal under the 1995 sentencing guidelines.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

DELL, GUNTHER and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.

NOT FINAL UNTIL THE DISPOSITION OF ANY TIMELY FILED MOTION FORREHEARING.
