ANTHONY CRAIG HENDERSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 296-81927-2020.

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE.

Appellant's brief filed December 8, 2023 states the name of a minor at the time of the offense, namely, the complainant. Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed December 8, 2023, and we ORDER appellant to file on or before FEBRUARY 9, 2024, an amended brief referring to any person who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms.
