DAMAGES, § 545 — evidence justifying damages awarded plaintiff under Federal Employers' Liability Act. In 35-year-old locomotive fireman's action under Federal Employers' Liability Act for injuries consisting of fractured ribs and bones in his back sustained when water spout fell on him while he was attempting to put water in tender of locomotive, evidence as to extent of injuries and damages justified verdict awarding fireman $47,500.
