ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

By Order dated July 27, 2020, the Court directed the parties to file, on or before January 22, 2021, further written reports concerning the then-present status of petitioner's bankruptcy proceeding. On August 31, 2020, the copy of the foregoing Order served on petitioner was returned to the Court by the U.S. Postal Service with the following notation on the envelope: "return to sender, not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward".
