IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's motion to dismiss [Doc. #3] Plaintiff's second cause of action is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's claim for wrongful constructive discharge in violation of the North Carolina Equal Employment Practices Act (NCEEPA) is DISMISSED with prejudice.
